The RACE Swim Team was established in 2009 and has over 200 swimmers, and counting! We are structured to accommodate swimmers from beginners to the elite level, ages 5 to 18. RACE is a member of USA Swimming (usaswimming.org).
The RACE staff focuses on teaching FUNdamentals of swimming while training to achieve peak fitness for all ages and ability levels. Our development groups work almost exclusively on technique. As swimmers progress, we introduce them to aerobic training, race strategy, and goal-setting. At the highest level, we remain committed to proper technique while competing at state and national level competitions.
